About Us

About Assist Management Consulting, LLC (Assist)

In 1996, Assist was formed by a group of social service and health professionals to help organizations and companies create, implement, and maintain programs with positive community outcomes. Our group consisted of sole proprietors (social workers, a licensed clinical psychologist, a grant writer, a physician, an accountant, a bookkeeper, and a human resources specialist) working under one name to strengthen visibility and serve as a resource pool for the community.
After increased community demand for Assist’s services, the group expanded and formalized Assist Management Consulting, LLC in 2003. Our motto, “assisting those who assist,” is now incorporated in our mission statement.

How we Assist those who Assist

Assist offers more than 90 years of combined experience working with nonprofit executive management infrastructure and systems improvement, legal and financial compliance, and strategic and action planning. We get to know your organization or company. We communicate in the manner best suited for your organization—on- or off-site meetings, conference calls, or emails, etc. We gather information, help discern your goals, and design a plan to ensure you achieve them.

Our Rates

Assist's rates are competitive and some services below market value. Our consulting fees are $75 for nonprofit organizations with an organizational budget less than $500,000 and $100 for those with a greater budget. We put a ceiling on our projects. Our Ph.D./MD rates begin at $150 per hour depending on the service. Email us for a quote or proposal. info@assistnonprofits.com
