Program Development and Implementation: Assist will review notices of awards and contract requirements to ensure grant compliance. We also develop and implement program components as outlined in grant applications, as well as develop audit tools to ensure program activities are implemented and goals of program are achieved.
Assist develops audit tools and conducts monthly, quarterly, or annual audits as requested. We review and audit personnel files to ensure agency, grant, and licensure compliance. Our services include assessment of state and federal employment law compliance, including but not limited to review of policies, handbooks, and facilities.
Assist will help remedy any identified area of weakness.
Recruitment: Assist develops job announcements, job descriptions, and recruitment strategies to solicit applicants for vacant positions and to ensure compliance with equal employment opportunity guidelines. We also help with the screening and interviewing process.
Retention: Assist conducts organizational needs analysis and develops retention activities based on findings. We also conduct post activity analysis to evaluate effectiveness of retention efforts.
Assist develops new or updates existing employee handbooks to reflect the organizations' policies and procedures, as well as current employment laws and regulations.
